Big Fun Next Weekend!

Hi Friends!

I know a lot of you have either already started back to school, or you soon will be. I hope you all will have a wonderful school year, and will learn lots of new things that you can use for the rest of your life!

I wanted to make sure everyone has marked their calendars for two exciting events next week. On Friday the 24th, the annual Pandanda Harvest Festival begins! The temperatures in Pandanda land will start to cool off, and the beautiful colors of autumn will be seen all over the island (well, except for Coconut Beach - it's always tropical there!) You will start to see yummy caramel apples appear on the ground, but don't eat them! You'll want to collect them to trade for exclusive Harvest Festival prizes!

On the the very next day, Saturday the 25th, another fabulous Free Elite Member Day is planned! Free Elite Member Day (or as we like to call it around here, FEMD) is a day where everyone who logs in has full access to Pandanda's Elite Membership features for that day. You can buy anything you want from the catalogs, decorate your treehouse and have friends over, and even adopt a pet dragon from the Pet Shop.

It's gonna be fun!

New Pandanda Forums on Toontask!

New Pandanda Forums on Toontask!

Hey Panda Pals!

I’ve got some cool news for you! There is now a special Pandanda Forum on the Toontask.com site!  You can check it out by clicking here. You can also find it listed in the Blogroll.

You will need to make an account for yourself on Toontask.com before you can post in the Pandanda forums. You can use your Pandanda name if it is available, but make sure that you do not use your Pandanda password.

After you log in, you can even change the theme of the whole Toontask site to Pandanda! Just scroll down to the very bottom of the forum page and look for Change Theme in the left corner.

Once you have registered, make sure to add your panda to the database. You can find it in the top menu of the blog, where it says Characters. You can include your Quest Level and the number of Quests you have completed. You can use the database to search for other members of the forum. That’s a really cool feature of the forum!

Of course, make sure you read the Policies and Guidelines and Posting Rules for the forum. The ToonTask.com site and forums are geared towards young children so, just like on Pandanda, all content posted on the site must be appropriate for young children, even if you are older!

I will be making an account there very soon, and so will a Moderator or two. I hope to see lots of my friends on the Toontask Pandanda Forums!

Wacky Wednesday Tomorrow!

So far this year, we have had a Winter Wacky Wednesday and a Spring Wacky Wednesday. I think it is absolutely time for a Summer Wacky Wednesday!

What is Wacky Wednesday? It's the day to wear your craziest, weirdest, wackiest clothes! Mix and match items from your closet until you have the most outrageous outfit you can find. Then get together with your friends and have a Wacky Fashion Show at the Purple Door or your treehouse. Maybe you can even make up some wacky new words!

If you take a picture of you and your friends being wonderfully wacky, send the picture to me at screenshots@pandanda.com. Put WACKY in the subject line, and make sure to include your panda name. I will choose some pictures to feature in my Blog.

Make sure to mark your calendars for two super events coming up this month. Free Elite Member Day is on Saturday the 25th, and the Harvest Festival begins on Friday the 24th. I can't wait!

Farewell Zing!

Zing Ballyhoo has packed up his suitcases and is preparing to leave Pandanda for another of his journeys. He loves his visits to Pandanda, but he is a traveling panda at heart. He really enjoys scouring the globe for cool new prizes to give when he returns to Pandanda!

There are only a few hours left to get Zing's final prize. Just visit him at Treehouse Lobby to trade your 10 Golden Tickets to him for his prize. Once he leaves, you won't be able to get the prize, so don't wait!

Hi Friends!

I sure had a great time with you all on Ancient Games Day over the weekend. It was really cool seeing so many of you in your togas, running all over Pandanda competing in different games. I hope you all earned lots of Pandanda Coins for your efforts!

The Mods and I awarded Panda Gold to over 300 different pandas during Ancient Games Day on Saturday for special Bunny Chase and Ghosts of Misty Hill games. I love it when everyone is playing and cooperating! It makes the games so much more fun!

You still have several days to collect 10 Golden Tickets to exchange for Zing Ballyhoo's last prize. He has really been in the Olympic spirit! Zing will be leaving Pandanda again late Sunday evening, so don't wait too long before you get his last prize. Once Zing leaves, you can no longer get his prizes. He will go adventuring again, looking for new and spectacular prizes for his next visit!
